WALESKA, Ga. - Caitlin Dominy of Milligan is the Appalachian Athletic Conference (AAC) Women's Cross Country Runner of the Week, the league announced Monday.

This is the seventh and final edition of the weekly honors for the 2023 season.

AAC Women's Runner of the Week
Caitlin Dominy - Milligan - Graduate Student - Riner, Va.

• Placed first at the NAIA Appalachian Challenge.
• Posted a time of 17:29 in the 5K race.
• Ran a personal best and posted the fifth-best 5K time in program history.
• First cross country win of her career.
• Helped Milligan claim the team title.
• This is her first weekly award this season.
