Top Seeds Advance To Women's Volleyball Semifinal Round

KINGSPORT, Tenn. - It was all chalk at the 2023 Appalachian Athletic Conference (AAC) Women's Volleyball Tournament on Friday as the top four seeds all advanced to the semifinal round.

The tournament is being held at the MeadowView Marriott Convention Center & Conference Resort in Kingsport, Tenn.

No. 1 seed Columbia International, No. 2 seed Milligan, and No. 3 seed Bryan each recorded sweeps to move on in the tournament, while fourth-seeded Reinhardt needed five sets to get past No. 5 seed Truett McConnell.

Play resumes on Saturday with the semifinal round with the matches set for 10 a.m. and 12:30 p.m. ET. The championship match is set for 4:30 p.m. ET.
