SCAD's Talbi Named NAIA Women's Tennis Player of the Week

KANSAS CITY, Mo. – Shalimar Talbi of SCAD Atlanta (Ga.) earned NAIA Women's Tennis Player of the Week after a fantastic week on the court. Talbi was selected based on performances from March 24-30 and was chosen out of a pool of conference/Continental Athletic Conference (Independents)/unaffiliated group and independent institution nominees.

• Moved to 20-2 on the season in singles after securing a two-set victory.
• Talbi has won 16 straight singles and doubles matches.
