Tennessee Wesleyan Picked to Claim Women's Tennis Title
WALESKA, Ga. - Tennessee Wesleyan is the team to beat in the chase for the 2023-24 Appalachian Athletic Conference (AAC) Women's Tennis championship, according to the AAC Coaches' Preseason Poll released on Tuesday.
The poll was voted on by the women's tennis coaches of the AAC.
Tennessee Wesleyan received six of the eight first-place votes to sit atop the poll with 94 points. Union picked up the remaining two first-place votes to check in second with 89 points.
SCAD Atlanta, Reinhardt, and Brenau round out the top five.
The top eight teams during the regular season advance to the AAC Tournament, which is set for April 11-13 at the Champions Club in Chattanooga, Tenn.
