Four Earn NAIA Women's Tennis All-American Honors

KANSAS CITY, Mo. – The National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics (NAIA) has officially announced the 2023 NAIA Women's Tennis All-America teams. Honorees were selected by the NAIA All-America Selection Committee. Sixteen student-athletes comprise both the first and second teams.
The Appalachian Athletic Conference (AAC) placed four players on the squad. Olivia Alcala of Tennessee Wesleyan made the first team, while Aarushi Kakkar of SCAD Atlanta earned a spot on the second team. Union had two players to receive honorable mentions in Karen Kondo and Rin Igarashi.
All four selections were All-AAC First Team members with Alcala being named the Player of the Year.
