Week 6: AAC Women's Soccer Players of the Week
WALESKA, Ga. - Logan White of Montreat and Natalie Roper of Milligan are the Appalachian Athletic Conference (AAC) Women's Soccer Defensive and Offensive Players of the Week, the league announced on Monday.
This is the sixth edition of the awards for the 2023 season. The next set of awards will be announced on Oct. 9.
AAC Defensive Player of the Week
Logan White - Montreat - Sophomore - Surprise, Ariz.
- Had 9 saves on the week in helping Montreat go 1-1 on the week.
- Posted 5 saves in a 1-0 loss to Reinhardt.
- Had 4 saves in a 4-1 win over Brenau.
- This is her first weekly honor of the season.
AAC Offensive Player of the Week
Natalie Roper - Milligan - Freshman - Econdido, Calif.
- Netted 4 goals in helping Milligan go 2-0 on the week.
- Had 2 goals in a 6-0 win over Bluefield.
- Added 2 more goals, including the game-winner, in a win against Johnson.
- This is her first weekly honor of the season.
