2023 AAC Women's Lacrosse Tournament
Cumberlands won the regular-season championship with a 7-0 conference record.
The tournament is set for April 20-22 (Thursday-Saturday) and is being hosted by Reinhardt in Waleska, Ga.
The top six teams advance to the AAC Tournament. Those teams are:
- Cumberlands (14-1, 7-0 AAC)
- Reinhardt (10-4, 6-1 AAC)
- Georgetown (7-8, 5-2 AAC)
- Montreat (7-5, 4-3 AAC)
- Tennessee Wesleyan (3-10, 3-4 AAC)
- Truett McConnell (1-11, 1-6 AAC)*
*-St. Andrews, Brenau, and Truett McConnell all tied for the No. 6 seed with a 1-6 conference record. Since the teams were 1-1 against one another, the tie was broken by a vote of the other coaches in the conference - minus Georgetown since it will play the No. 6 seed, based on the perceived strength of schedule. By a vote of 3-1, Truett McConnell was selected as the No. 6 seed.
As the top two seeds, Cumberlands and Reinhardt receive a first-round bye and advance to the semifinal round.
