Milligan's Castle Named NAIA Golfer of the Week

KANSAS CITY, Mo. – Sarah Castle of Milligan has been named the NAIA Women's Golfer of the Week. The winner was selected based on their performances from April 1-7 and was chosen out of a pool of conference/Continental Athletic Conference (Independents)/unaffiliated group nominees. 

Golfers of the Week are announced weekly throughout the regular season on Wednesdays on naia.org, Instagram and Twitter.

NAIA Women's Golfer of the Week

Sarah Castle, Milligan (Tenn.) - JR

• Earned medalist honors at the Northeast Tennessee Shootout.
• Shot a 7-over 153, to win by two strokes in a field of 44 golfers.
• Assisted the Buffs in the first-place team finish, beating out seven other teams.
