TMU's Panter Earns NAIA Women's Golfer of the Week Accolades

KANSAS CITY, Mo. – Madison Panter of Truett McConnell has been named the NAIA Women's Golfer of the Week. The winner was selected based on their performances from March 11-17 and was chosen out of a pool of conference/Continental Athletic Conference (Independents)/unaffiliated group nominees. 

Golfers of the Week are announced weekly throughout the regular season on Wednesdays on naia.org, Instagram, and Twitter.

 

NAIA Women's Golfer of the Week

Madison Panter, Truett McConnell (Ga.) - SR 

  • Earned a runner-up finish after shooting a 75 in round one and a 76 in round two.
  • Claimed an All-Tournament spot at the Golden Tigers Invitational.
  • The field had 46 golfers on nine total teams playing the course at 5,804 yards.
