Milligan Sits Atop Women's Golf Preseason Poll
WALESKA, Ga. - Milligan is the odds-on favorite to win the 2023-24 Appalachian Athletic Conference (AAC) Women's Golf championship, according to the AAC Coaches' Preseason Poll released on Tuesday.
The poll was voted on by the women's golf coaches of the AAC.
Milligan secured seven of the nine first-place votes to land on top with 97 voting points. Truett McConnell earned one first-place vote and finished second with 88 points.
SCAD Atlanta is third with 81 points and one first-place vote.
Tennessee Wesleyan and Brenau round out the top five.
The AAC Direct Qualifying Tournament is set for April 15-16 at the Windermere Club in Blythewood, S.C.
