Week 8: AAC Women's Golfer of the Week

WALESKA, Ga. - Jala Stamey of Truett McConnell is the Appalachian Athletic Conference (AAC) Men's Golfer of the Week, the league announced Monday.

This is the eighth edition of the weekly honors for the 2022-23 season. The next set of awards will be announced on March 27.

AAC Women's Golfer of the Week

Jala Stamey - Truett McConnell - Sophomore - Young Harris, Ga.

• Took individual medalist honors at the Golden Tigers Spring Invite.
• Posted a two-round score of 13-over 157.
• This is her first weekly honor of the year.
