WALESKA, Ga. - Nyla Moore of Brenau is the Appalachian Athletic Conference (AAC) Women's Basketball Player of the Week.

The league announced the award on Monday.

This is the 11th edition of the awards for the 2023-24 season. The next set of awards will be announced on Feb. 12.

  • Averaged 24.5 points and 10.5 rebounds per game as Brenau went 1-1 on the week.
  • Recorded 1 double-double on the week.
  • Netted 34 points and grabbed 15 rebounds in a 72-61 win over St. Andrews.
  • Shot 54.3 percent (19-of-35) from the field on the week.
  • Had 21 rebounds, 4 assists, 4 steals, and 2 blocks on the week.
  • This is her second weekly honor of the season.
