WALESKA, Ga. - Torie Brooks of Bryan is the Appalachian Athletic Conference (AAC) Women's Basketball Player of the Week.

The league announced the award on Monday.

This is the eighth edition of the awards for the 2023-24 season. The next set of awards will be announced on Jan. 22.

AAC Women's Basketball Player of the Week
Torie Brooks - Bryan - Junior - Baxter, Tenn.

• Averaged 25.0 points and 5.0 rebounds per game as Bryan went 1-1 on the week.
• Netted 33 points in a 73-69 loss at Cumberlands (Ky.).
• Shot 53.3 percent (16-of-30 shots) from the field.
• Had 10 rebounds, 5 assists, 3 steals, and 1 block on the week.
• This is her first weekly honor of the season.
