Week 5: AAC Women's Basketball Player of the Week

WALESKA, Ga. - Kaitlynn Hennessee is the Appalachian Athletic Conference (AAC) Women's Basketball Player of the Week.

The league announced the award on Monday.

This is the fifth edition of the awards for the 2023-24 season. The next set of awards will be announced on Dec. 12.

AAC Women's Basketball Player of the Week
Kaitlynn Hennessee - Bryan - Senior - Athens, Tenn.

• Averaged 20.0 points and 5.5 rebounds per game as Bryan went 2-0 on the week.
• Posted a week-high of 30 points in an 81-72 win at Milligan.
• Shot 51.9 percent (14-of-27) from the field.
• Had 11 rebounds, 12 assists, 10 steals, and 6 blocks as well.
• This is her first weekly honor of the season.
