Week 3: AAC Women's Basketball Player of the Week

WALESKA, Ga. - Allie Stone of Pikeville is the Appalachian Athletic Conference (AAC) Women's Basketball Player of the Week.

The league announced the award on Monday.

This is the third edition of the awards for the 2023-24 season. The next set of awards will be announced on Dec. 4.

Allie Stone - Pikeville - Sophomore - Olive Hill, Ky.

• Averaged 21.0 points and 4.0 rebounds per game as Pikeville went 3-0 on the week.
• Posted a week-high of 26 points in a 78-62 win over Langston.
• Shot 55.0 percent (22-of-40) from the floor and 52.9 percent (9-of-17) from 3-point range.
• Hit 10-of-11 free throws.
• Had 12 rebounds, 8 assists, and 2 steals as well.
• This is her first weekly honor of the season.
