WALESKA, Ga. - Bryn Woodall of Milligan is the Appalachian Athletic Conference (AAC) Men's Cross Country Runner of the Week, the league announced Monday.

This is the seventh and final edition of the weekly honors for the 2023 season.

AAC Men's Runner of the Week
Bryn Woodall - Milligan - Junior - Conwy, Wales

• Crossed the line first at the NAIA Appalachian Challenge.
• Posted an 8K time of 23:49, setting Milligan's all-time 8K cross country record.
• Helped Milligan to a team title.
• This is his first weekly award this season.
