WALESKA, Ga. - Zane Lanham of Life is the Appalachian Athletic Conference (AAC) Men's Wrestlers of the Week.

The league announced the awards on Monday.

This is the seventh edition of the awards for the 2022-23 season. The next set of awards will be announced on Feb. 12.

AAC Wrestler of the Week
Zane Lanham - Life - Senior - Poca, W.Va.

• Helped Life secure the AAC regular-season championship with a 30-12 win over Southeastern
• Scored a 7-5 decision against No. 3-ranked Gabe Jacobs of Southeastern in the 285-pound class.
• This is his third weekly honor of the season.
