WALESKA, Ga. - Zane Lanham of Life is the Appalachian Athletic Conference (AAC) Men's Wrestlers of the Week.

The league announced the awards on Monday.

This is the sixth edition of the awards for the 2022-23 season. The next set of awards will be announced on Feb. 5.

AAC Wrestler of the Week
Kael Brisker - Southeastern - Junior - Wilton, Iowa

• Helped Life defeat NCAA Division II Lander 19-16.
• Lander is ranked No. 2 in NCAA Division II.
• Defeated Juan Edomd-Holmes, who is ranked No. 4 in the 285-pound class in NCAA Division II, 4-2.
• This was Lander's first home loss since 2021
• This is his second weekly honor of the season.
