Life's Lee Pins Down NAIA Wrestler of the Week Honors

KANSAS CITY, Mo. – Demarco Lee of Life (Ga.) has been named the NAIA Men's Wrestler of the Week. The winner was selected based on their performances from January 1-7 and were chosen out of a pool of conference/Continental Athletic Conference (Independents)/unaffiliated group nominees.

• Went 3-0 in the NWCA National Duals including helping his team capture the championship
• Lee was instrumental in helping Life upend 11-time NAIA champion and top-seeded Grand View 24-17
• His defeat of the No. 1 ranked wrestler from GVU snapped the Vikings' 162-match dual streak over NAIA opponents
