WALESKA, Ga. - Demarco Lee of Life is the Appalachian Athletic Conference (AAC) Men's Wrestler of the Week.

The league announced the awards on Monday.

This is the third edition of the awards for the 2022-23 season. The next set of awards will be announced on Jan. 15.

AAC Wrestler of the Week
Demarco Lee - Life - Junior - Lake Park, Ill.

• Went 3-0 overall on the week at the National Duals as Life finished first as a team.
• Recorded a 15-0 technical fall against Indiana Tech's Jacob Brandt.
• Posted a 14-3 major decision over 18th-rank Gentry Smith of Southeastern.
• Defeated No. 1-ranked Owen Braungardt of Grand View (Iowa) 4-2.
• This is his first weekly honor of the season.
