WALESKA, Ga. - Riley Smucker of Life is the Appalachian Athletic Conference (AAC) Men's Wrestler of the Week.

The league announced the awards on Monday.

This is the eighth of the awards for the 2022-23 season. The next set of awards will be announced on Feb. 6.

Riley Smucker - Life - Senior - Smithville, Ohio.

• Went 5-0 on the week.
• In a dual meet against Reinhardt, he won a 3-2 decision against No. 13-ranked Cole Tenety.
• Went 4-0 in the Blue Raider Open at the 174-pound class.
• Posted 2 falls, 1 technical fall, and an 11-2 major decision.
• This is his first weekly honor of the season.
