Indoor Track & Field Championships Set to Begin Thursday

WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. - The 2023 Appalachian Athletic Conference (AAC) Men's and Women's Indoor Track & Field Championship Meet is set to take place Thursday and Friday at the JDL Fast Track in Winston-Salem, N.C.

Fans are allowed to attend and admission is free.

This is the sixth year of the championships, and the fifth they have been held in Winston-Salem, N.C. In 2021, the championships were held in Louisville, Ky.

Milligan is going for its second men's title in a row, while Columbia is looking to defend its women's championship as it has won four of the five previous titles.

The two-day event is scheduled to begin Thursday at 6 p.m. and conclude on Friday afternoon.
