Week 4: AAC Men's Tennis Player of the Week

WALESKA, Ga. - Octavio Volpi of Tennessee Wesleyan is the Appalachian Athletic Conference (AAC) Men's Tennis Player of the Week, the league announced Monday.

This is the fourth edition of the weekly honors for the 2024 season. The next set of awards will be announced on April 8.

Octavio Volpi - Tennessee Wesleyan - Junior - Corrientes, Argentina

  • Helped Tennessee Wesleyan to a 3-0 record on the week.
  • Played No. 1 singles and both of his singles matches.
  • Played No. 1 doubles and won all three of his matches.
  • Tennessee Wesleyan scored wins over No. 15 Union (6-1), NCAA Division II Montevallo (Ala.) (4-1), and SCAD Atlanta (5-2) which is receiving votes.
  • This is his second weekly honor this season.
