Week 5: AAC Men's Tennis Player of the Week

WALESKA, Ga. - Gabriel Ortiz of Tennessee Wesleyan is the Appalachian Athletic Conference (AAC) Men's Tennis Player of the Week, the league announced Monday.

This is the fifth edition of the weekly honors for the 2023 season. The next set of awards will be announced on April 3.

AAC Men's Tennis Player of the Week
Gabriel Ortiz - Tennessee Wesleyan - Senior - Buenos Aires, Argentina

• Helped Tennessee Wesleyan to a 2-0 on the week.
• Went 2-0 in singles and doubles.
• Played No. 1 singles on and No. 2 doubles.
• Tennessee Wesleyan defealted SCAD Atlanta and Union 7-0.
• This is his second weekly honor this season.
