Week 6: AAC Men's Swimmer of the Week

WALESKA, Ga. - Zach Nepogoda of Union is the Appalachian Athletic Conference (AAC) Men's Swimmer of the Week.

The league announced the award on Monday.

This is the sixth edition of the awards for the 2022-23 season. The next set of awards will be announced on Jan. 16.

• Won the 500 free (4:57.50), 200 free (1:53.25), and 100 fly (56.93).
• This is his first weekly honor of the season.
