Week 5: AAC Men's Swimmer of the Week

WALESKA, Ga. - Peter Gilbert of Milligan is the Appalachian Athletic Conference (AAC) Men's Swimmer of the Week.

The league announced the award on Monday.

This is the fifth edition of the awards for the 2022-23 season. The next set of awards will be announced on Jan. 2.

• Posted 2 individual first-place finishes.
• Won the 500 free and posted an NAIA 'B' cut tie of 4:45.65.
• Also won the 1000 free with a time of 10:00.11.
• This is his second weekly honor of the season.
