Week 3: AAC Men's Swimmer of the Week

WALESKA, Ga. - Stephen Gilbert of Milligan is the Appalachian Athletic Conference (AAC) Men's Swimmer of the Week.

The league announced the award on Monday.

This is the third edition of the awards for the 2022-23 season. The next set of awards will be announced on Nov. 28.

• Posted 2 individual first-place finishes and 2 NAIA 'A' cuts at the High Performance Invitational
• Won the 400 IM (3:54.24) and 200 IM (1:49.51), earning NAIA 'A' cuts in both events.
• Registered NAIA 'B' cuts in the 200 back (1:48.83) and 50 free (21.00).
• This is his first weekly honor of the season.
