Two Represent AAC on CSC Academic All-America Men's At-Large Team
WALESKA, Ga. - Two Appalachian Athletic Conference (AAC) student-athletes earned a spot on the 2022-23 College Sports Communicators (CSC) Academic All-America Men's At-Large NAIA Team, the CSC announced on Wednesday.
Coleman Bryant of Southeastern and Jackson Marshall of Keiser both landed on the first team.
A total of 34 student-athletes were named to the NAIA team, with the 15 members of the first team owning a 3.86 cumulative GPA. A total of five individuals, three on the first team, had 4.00 GPA's.
The NAIA Academic All-America® program is being financially supported by the NAIA national governance structure to assist CSC with handling the awards fulfillment aspects for the 2022-23 NAIA Academic All-America® program.
Bryant, a member of the Southeastern men's wrestling team, is a graduate student. He posted a 3.72 GPA as an undergrad in earning a degree in finance and currently has a 4.0 as he pursues his MBA.
Marshall, a member of the Keiser men's lacrosse team, is a sophomore and owns a 4.0 GPA as he is majoring in exercise science.
