WALESKA, Ga. - Dalen Gales of Bryan is the Appalachian Athletic Conference (AAC) Men's Basketball Player of the Week.

The league announced the awards on Monday.

This is the second edition of the awards for the 2023-24 season. The next set of awards will be announced on Nov. 27.

AAC Men's Basketball Player of the Week
Dalen Gales - Bryan - Sophomore - Jefferson, Ga.

• Averaged 24.5 points per game and shot 68 percent (17 of 25) from the field as Bryan went 2-0 on the week.
• Scored 29 in a 94-73 win over Tennessee Wesleyan.
• Netted 20 points in a 107-73 win against St. Andrews.
• Went 8-for-13 (61.5 percent) from 3-point range.
• Had 7 rebounds, 3 assists, 1 steal, and 1 block.
• This is his first weekly honor of the season.
