CIU Wins Inaugural AAC Shoot-Out

CLEVELAND, Ga. - Columbia International brought home the hardware from the inaugural Appalachian Athletic Conference (AAC) Shoot-Out on Saturday.

The one-day tournament featured six men's basketball developmental teams from across the league.

CIU defeated host Truett McConnell in the championship game.

Ramiro Arrillaga of CIU was named the Shoot-Out MVP with teammates Josh Dorsey and Judah Moore also making the All-Tournament Team.

Making up the rest of the All-Tounament Team are Rishard Money and Eli Underwood of Truett McConnell, Jordan Wrancher of Johnson, Braylen Phillips of Tennessee Wesleyan, Derek Curtis of Bryan, and Langston Scales of Reinhardt.
