Week 11: AAC Softball Players of the Week

WALESKA, Ga. - Bailee Phillips of Tennessee Wesleyan and Emily Loveless of Reinhardt are the Appalachian Athletic Conference (AAC) Softball Pitcher and Player of the Week, the league announced Monday.

This is the 11th and final edition of the weekly honors for the 2024 season.

AAC Pitcher of the Week

Bailee Phillips - Tennessee Wesleyan - Junior - Soddy Daisy, Tenn.

Went 2-0 with a 0.54 ERA
Took a perfect game into the 7th, ending up giving up 1 hit in the 1-0 win as she struck out 10.
Faced only 22 batters.
Had 13 strikeouts on the week and allowed 0 walks, 3 hits, and 1 earned run.
This is her fourth weekly honor this season.

AAC Player of the Week

Emily Loveless - Reinhardt - Senior - Rockmart, Ga.

Batted .600 in helping Reinhardt go 4-0 overall on the week.
Had 3 home runs and 8 RBI.
Scored 8 runs.
Had a 1.200 slugging percentage.
Walked 3 times and had an on-base percentage of .667.
This is her second weekly award this season.
