Week 2: AAC Men's Cross Country Runner of the Week

WALESKA, Ga. - Salvador Castillo is the Appalachian Athletic Conference (AAC) Men's Cross Country Runner of the Week, the league announced Monday.
This is the second edition of the weekly honors for the 2023 season. The next set of awards will be announced on Sept. 18.
AAC Men's Runner of the Week
Salvador Castillo - Reinhardt - Senior - Dalton, Ga.
- Finished 3rd at the GMC Brickyard Invitaional.
- Top NAIA finisher.
- Posted the second-fastest time at the event in school history.
- Finished the 8K race in 26:05
- This is his first weekly award this season.
