Week 9: AAC Men's Wrestler of the Week

WALESKA, Ga. - Tyree Johnson of Life is the Appalachian Athletic Conference (AAC) Men's Wrestler of the Week.

The league announced the awards on Monday.

This is the ninth of the awards for the 2022-23 season. The next set of awards will be announced on Feb. 13.

AAC Wrestler of the Week
Tyree Johnson - Life - Junior - Maywood, Ill.

• Moved up a weight class from 133 to 141 for Life's match against No. 3 Southeastern.
• Defeated Sixth-ranked Kael Brisker of Southeastern 7-3 as Life won the match 32-10.
• This is his first weekly honor of the season.
